The Russell Landscape Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase of service or products provided by Russell Landscape unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
Some products and services are exempt of any form of refund including:
services performed on properties currently in a binding contract with Russell Landscape or any of its affiliates;
products provided to customers through contractual agreement such as plant material, ground cover durable landscaping products.
Other products and services may be excluded from refund or returns.

Requests for refunds will be processed within within 30 days and we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds may either be issued in the form of credit to the account from which the payment was made or via check.
If you haven’t received an approved refund within 30 days of the approval notification please contact the Russell Landscape offices via telephone at 770-446-3552 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Russell Landscape reserves the right to change, amend or alter this policy at any time so please check this policy often.
Credit Card Payment Policy
By making a payment using a bank issued credit card or debit you hereby agree to the term and conditions outlined in the Cardholder’s Agreement issued by your banking institution.
