Hugh Cooper, COO

Hugh Cooper joined Russell’s executive team as COO in 2014, bringing over 25 years of commercial landscape experience. Hugh served various roles at Weeks Landscape, OLM, Gibbs Landscape, and Green Season. He was instrumental in developing and opening Gibbs Gardens, a world-class destination garden in North Georgia. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Horticulture from the University of Georgia. Hugh manages operations at Russell and is responsible for ensuring that the customer experience and services provided are the best in the landscape industry.
